For a branch office of a local company, the necessary documents include a notarized Board Resolution copy, Power of Attorney, Manager appointment, copies of passports, and a notarized copy of the parent company's MOA, among others.
For a branch office of an international company, similar documents are required, such as a notarized Board Resolution copy, Power of Attorney, Manager appointment, and references from banks. Additionally, a notarized copy of the Certificate of Incorporation is necessary.
