Manager’s appointment
Copies of passports
Notarized copy of MOA of the parent company
Similar documents are required to apply for a branch office of an international company, such as a copy of the notarized board resolution, power of attorney, manager’s appointment, bank references. Additionally, a notarized copy of the Certificate of Incorporation is required.
